Shipping & Returns

 
When you place an order via Phone or Email, you automatically accept all these terms in this Policy section
 
Currency: All funds are in US Dollars.
 
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, COD and PayPal. Declined Credit Cards will incur a $2.00 fee for each occurrence.We will reattempt 5 times before canceling your order.
Checks, Money Orders & Certified Checks: Personal & Business Checks can be held for up to 14 business days to permit bank notification.
Please write checks to: EartHerbs L.L.C. Mail to: PO Box 96, Bridgeport, NY, 13030. Please write the order number on the check. We do not accept computer printed checks or online bank account checks.  
US Money Order & Bank Certified Check paid orders are processed upon receipt. If your total check amount is less than the cost of the order, we will adjust the amount of product shipped. If your total check is more than the cost of the order, we will add additional product or will issue a credit to your account for the difference and will not issue a refund.
If you choose to pay by Check or Money Order, then EartHerbs L.L.C., needs to receive it within 7 business days to avoid order cancellation. Please be sure to write your invoice / order number on the check or send a copy of your order along with the payment to the address above.
 
COD: We do accept cash-on-delivery (COD) payments.
 
Cancellation: Cancellation of any order, once it has been processed, will result in a 25% restocking fee.
 
Shipping Methods: UPS Ground is available.
 
Shipping Fees: When ordering online, the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge. The UPS system is unable to determine and account for multiple boxes and certain surcharges. Therefore, your shipping charges may be higher than the online estimate if multiple boxes are required, or if UPS charges extra UPS Handling Charges and UPS Rural Route Surcharges to your destination. We reserve the right to charge the full shipping amount to your credit card once the order has been shipped. If applicable, this will show up as a second charge on your credit card.International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that the package(s) may incur.

Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments/ Address Changes: All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner. If EartHerbs L.L.C. has made a shipping error, we will reship as quickly as we can via the method you originally chose.  If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. If the customer refuses their shipment, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus all shipping and handling charges. 
 
Additional Charges: The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS for address corrections. UPS charges this fee when packages are missing suite numbers, contain typos including zip code errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is missing or inaccurately supplied by the customer within the \"Ship To\" area of our order form. UPS also charges for address changes such as dropping off your package at any address other than the one provided in the \"Ship To\" area of the order form. The UPS address correction fee is $5 per box for US addresses, $10 per box for Canadian addresses. The fee may vary in other countries. We reserve the right to charge for these fees as soon as we are notified of them.
 
Damage Claims: Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or missing boxes to EartHerbs L.L.C. within 3 days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the UPS driver and then report it directly to UPS. UPS will send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by UPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from UPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
 
Damaged, Missing or Lost In Transit Items: The shipping carrier can sometimes damage the orders. In that event please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance and should you be missing any products or receive goods damaged in-transit, contact the courier and carefully verify the extent of damage in the presence of the DHL driver, if possible, keeping all packing materials and box intact. After you have called the shipping carrier at 1-800-PICK UPS to start a claim or call us and we can help you get your claim started.
 
Stock Product Returns: EartHerbs L.L.C. does not accept returns on opened products for any reason. Un-opened returns need to occur within 30 days of your shipment receipt for all items. Products must be unused and in their original sealed condition. To return your order, please follow these steps:
* Contact UPS for driver verification.
* Place the original invoice (or a copy) and return inside the shipping box.
* Write the invoice number on your shipping box (print clearly).
* Ship the box to:  EartHerbs L.L.C., PO Box 96, Bridgeport, NY 13030.
 
Not Sufficient Funds (NSF) Checks:  NSF Checks will incur a $50 fee for each time plus any bank fees.
Collections:  Any unpaid balances accrue monthly at 1.5% interest. We do not send out statements or invoices as reminders.
Finalizing Your Order: In an effort to expedite order processing time, we have automated many of our order processes. We cannot make any changes to an order once it is finalized. Please check your order carefully before you finalize it.
 
Pricing: Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. EartHerbs L.L.C. reserves the right to adjust prices and policies at any time. If the website or catelog displays an incorrect price, we reseerve the right to adjust to the current price.
 
PayPal Users: Please be aware that payments made though PayPal may occasionally take a few days to clear. We are not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment clears. Orders of $150 or more paid for via PayPal need to be shipped to an address that the PayPal system lists as being CONFIRMED. Please note that this is separate from verifying your account. You are able to confirm your address by logging into your PayPal account, going into the Profile Summary area, selecting Street Address, and then by clicking on the Confirm button on the bottom of the page. PayPal\'s confirmation procedures may change, so if you have questions, please contact PayPal.
 
Hotmail, RoadRunner and America Online (AOL) Users: Hotmail, RoadRunner and AOL have strict methods in place to prevent unwanted e-mails from being delivered to the mailboxes of its subscribers. EartHerbs L.L.C. is not responsible for order delays caused by your e-mail filters preventing our e-mails from reaching you. Please adjust to accept emails from eartherbs@gmail.com.
 
Processing Time: All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after your payment clears the bank.
